Parent/Carers to complete Paddler’s medical history form

 

Injury Reports – to be completed each and every incident  

 

Transport to and from training venue  - responsibility of parent/carer

 

Supervision – at training. Responsibility of delegated club members, under no circumstances are juniors to be left at training venues or regatta venues unsupervised.
